- Package items securely in original packaging if possible

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect returned items, Vendorstoretrust will process refunds within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Service Cancellations
For curtain hanging and installation services, cancellation policies apply as follows:
- Cancellations made 48 hours before scheduled service receive full refund
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service may incur a cancellation fee
- Completed installation services are non-refundable
